1. About the Event

First Imprint is a live online masterclass conducted by Ranjeet Kaur Adlakha, Subconscious Mind Expert, Emotional Healer and Manifestation Coach. The session is designed to help participants understand and identify subconscious behavioural patterns rooted in early life experiences.

Event Details:

• Format: Live online session (Zoom or equivalent platform)
• Date & Time: As communicated at the time of registration
• Duration: Approximately 3 hours
• Language: English / Hindi

2. Registration & Eligibility

Registration for this masterclass is open to individuals aged 18 years and above. By completing your registration, you confirm that:

• The information provided during sign-up is accurate and complete.
• You are registering for personal use and not for commercial resale or redistribution.
• You understand that this is an educational and awareness session and does not constitute therapy, counselling, or medical advice.

3. Session Access

Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with session access details.

• Access details will be sent to the email address provided at registration. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive the email within 24 hours or contact teamranjeetkadlakha@gmail.com or support@ranjeetkauradlakha.com for queries.
• Each registration is for one individual only. Sharing access credentials or links with others is strictly prohibited.
• Ranjeet Kaur Adlakha reserves the right to deny access to any participant found misusing or sharing the session link.

4. Recording & Intellectual Property

All content presented during the First Imprint masterclass — including but not limited to frameworks, exercises, terminology, concepts, visuals, and materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Ranjeet Kaur Adlakha and team.

• Recording, screenshotting, downloading, distributing, or reproducing any part of the session in any form is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
• The session may be recorded by the host for internal and future use. Participant audio/video may be captured during interactive portions.
• Bonus materials (PDFs, workbooks, prompt sheets) shared with registered participants are for personal use only and may not be redistributed.

5. Disclaimer — Not a Substitute for Professional Help

This masterclass is intended for educational and self-awareness purposes only. It does not constitute, and should not be treated as, a substitute for professional psychological, psychiatric, or medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you are experiencing a mental health condition or crisis, please consult a qualified mental health professional. Ranjeet Kaur Adlakha and her team shall not be held liable for any outcomes resulting from the application of concepts shared during this session.

6. Participant Conduct

All participants are expected to maintain respectful, courteous behaviour during the live session. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Disrupting the session through inappropriate language, spam, or harassment.
• Sharing inflammatory, offensive, or off-topic content in any chat or Q&A interface.
• Soliciting other participants for commercial purposes during or after the session.

The host reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these conduct standards without refund.

7. Session Changes, Rescheduling & Cancellation by Host

Ranjeet Kaur Adlakha reserves the right to:

• Reschedule the session in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical failure, medical emergency, force majeure events). Registered participants will be notified via email at the earliest.
• Cancel the session if minimum registration thresholds are not met. In such cases, a full refund will be processed automatically.
• Modify or update session content without prior notice to improve participant experience.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ranjeet Kaur Adlakha and associated parties shall not be liable for:

• Technical issues on the participant’s end (internet disruption, device failure, platform errors).
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from attendance or non-attendance.
• Results or outcomes from applying session content, as individual results vary based on personal effort and circumstances.

9. Privacy & Data

Personal information collected at registration (name, email, phone number) will be used solely for the purpose of delivering the masterclass and associated communications. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

By registering, you consent to receiving session-related updates and follow-up communications from Ranjeet Kaur Adlakha. You may unsubscribe at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with this event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert City], India.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to join with full confidence. Please read this policy carefully before completing your registration.

Our Commitment

At Ranjeet Kaur Adlakha’s programmes, we are committed to delivering a high-quality, high-impact experience. Because the First Imprint Masterclass is a live, limited-seat session with preparation and resources invested per participant, our refund policy is designed to be fair to all parties.

1. Refund Eligibility

✅  Full Refund

A full refund will be issued if:

• You request a cancellation more than 5 days before the scheduled session date.
• The session is cancelled by the host for any reason.
• The session is rescheduled to a date you are unable to attend and you notify us within 48 hours of the rescheduling announcement.

⚠️  No Refund

No refund will be issued if:

• You request a cancellation within 5 days of the scheduled session date.
• You do not attend the live session without prior notice.
• You attended the session and found the content unsatisfactory. (We encourage you to review the session description thoroughly before registering.)
• Technical issues on your end (poor internet connection, device failure, etc.) prevented you from attending.

🔄  Re-Registration (Instead of Refund)

If you are unable to attend but the session has not yet occurred, you may request to register for another upcoming session. Re-registration requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the session via email.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund or cancellation request, please email us at:

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Refunds, once approved, will be processed as follows:

• UPI / Net Banking / Debit Card: 5–7 business days
• Credit Card: 7–10 business days (may vary by bank)

Ranjeet Kaur Adlakha or team is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions.

4. Bonus Materials

If you received bonus materials (PDF guides, prompt sheets, or community access) before your cancellation request, these are considered delivered and are non-refundable in value. Access to these materials will be revoked upon processing of a refund.

5. Session Rescheduled by Host

If the session is rescheduled by the host:

• You will be notified via the registered email address at least 48 hours in advance (except in cases of emergency).
• Your registration will automatically be transferred to the new date.
• If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a full refund if applicable within 48 hours of the rescheduling announcement.

6. Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of genuine medical emergencies or bereavement, please reach out to us and we will consider each case individually and with empathy.
